Committed to equity, Dr. Hernandez has contributed significantly to designing and delivering professional development programs that support and empower educators and leaders.

DR. TRICIA THOMPSON

TRICIA THOMPSON, Ed. D.  is a dedicated wife, mom, daughter, friend, and educator with a passion for empowering the often-unheard voices in education. With 24 years of experience in various educational roles, Dr. Thompson has consistently championed the needs of all students, ensuring they receive the support they deserve. Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Student Support Services and tirelessly leads initiatives designed to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for every student. Dr. Thompson has a passion for encouraging female leaders in the many roles she has had the opportunity to serve in. She wholeheartedly believes that female leadership is an essential component to a strong K-12 learning organization. Dr. Thompson’s unwavering commitment to student advocacy and leadership makes her a true inspiration in the field of education.
